With a vision to support solopreneurs and small to mid-size businesses who need a competent HR professional by their side, but don’t necessarily need one on staff. About Our Founder & CEO
Marwa Morsi is a driven HR leader with over 30 years of progressive HR experience in corporate America and the private sector throughout the United States. She specializes in payroll processing, employee and labor relations, HR compliance, various HR training including new hire experience, harassment and discrimination, organizational development, policies and procedure writing, performance evaluations, employee handbooks and much more.
She earned her Ph.D. in Organizations Development and Psychology from Grand Canyon University, and her Master of Science degree from the University of La Verne in Leadership and Management in Human Resources.
An award-winning business HR leader, a mom of four, track and field couch, and community volunteer with a passion for common sense HR management. Ms. Morsi is both SHRM and PHR certified.
